"We are friends" We share a million little things...

Sometimes in friendships we’re quick to blame others in times of trouble. But there are friends that just do the right things at the right moments... I’m not saying everything is perfect- we’ve had our fair share of rough patches but there are times when I needed them and they just seem to be there. They make things so easy for me even when I’m down depressed to the rock bottom.

There are times in friendships can extend beyond the world. Do you believe in angels? At times I do believe that there are beings sent from heaven to watch over us. It makes me feel more secure. I believe that angles whisper in our ears in my pain or stop me and hold my hand while crossing the road when danger is ahead.

I found ANGEL friends; of course they are earthly human beings that act like angels... some of my friends are like that and I’m very fortunate to have them. They are those friends that you can call up 3am in the morning because you’re feeling lonely or depressed. They are those friends who will always be there no matter what is situation...

“We are friends and I do like to pass the day with you in serious and inconsequential chatter. I wouldn't mind washing up beside you, dusting beside you, reading the back half of the paper while you read the front. We are friends and I would miss you, do miss you and think of you very often.”

Twitter suspended my account!!!

Yes if you're trying to find me on Twitter and you can't, it's because Twitter suspended my account. No, I did nothing to violate their Terms of Service, no have they alleged that I have. Rather, something recent must have accidentally tripped some automatic alarm system, and their computer automatically locked me out of my account.

I've been using Twitter for months now, and i've even developed some real (though virtual) relationship via Twitter. I really wanted to do a little tweeting before bed tonight, because catching up with my Twitter friends can uplifting. But I can't now!!

Instead of doing that, I'm blogging about why I'm not... And that sucks. Especially since I recently followed by bunch of other old friends and other active writers and their tweets are really interesting. And maybe that's what set off Twitter's computer. That's the only thing I can think of...

I noticed that after I followed them, a few people blocked me, something that somewhat surprized me, beacause I'm not a spammer, and if they were interested in keeping their tweets private, they would have made their profiles private. I know that Twitter has some automated trigger such that if a certain unspecified number of people block you (within a certain unspecified period of time???), Twitter will automatically suspend your account...

But all I did was to follow their public tweets, which is how you meet new people on Twitter. It's always been that way. I know, because I've been on Twitter for months. While I understand that new people coming on Twitter may get annoyed, especially since there are spammers who follow a large number of people, just t get a large number of follower and then these spammers don't actually pay attention any of their friends' tweets.

But you see, I'm not one of these spammers. I actually do pay attention to my Twitter Friends' tweets. No all of them, all the time, but when I log on to Twitter, I actually do participate in the conversation. I've been doing this for months. And if Twitter had looked at my account longevity, they would have known that I wasn't a spammer.

If they catch the account longevity, it wouldn't have falsely triggered, as it did, and I would be tweeting with my friend right now, rather than complaining about how down in the dumps I feel about being cut off from them.

Oh well... Hope for the best!!

Lion and Lambs: Predators in Wild

Whenever I see enormous abundance of kites flying high with proud or a large group of predators waiting with sharp eyes for a single mistake of their prey; I always wonder, where does this relation lead us!!

When we think of predators, frighting images come to mind. Our heart jumps and we glance around warily. In society; predators have thrown off the balance of life and need to be stopped. It's another story in the WILD... There is a check and balance between predator and prey. One cannot exist without the others.

A true predator is one which kills and eats another organism. They may hunt actively for prey or sit and wait for prey to approach within striking distance. They may eat their prey whole or tear it into shreds.

Nature is designed in a way to keep the balance of the eco-system properly. It has created Predator and Prey to keep the balance only. The Predator never hunt for fun, it make a kill only when needed. The exception is human-beings.

There are some species do so well in human disturbed areas; they either are more in number or less important for human-beings.

We need to learn something from true predators. (Photograph Credits for below pictures (both): Michel Denis-Hout, 2nd picture: WWF, 3rd picture: BBC)

“The Magic, The Memories, and You” Happy (early) Valentine's Day!

It's February and with it comes the euphoria of Live, LOVE, Laugh. What more can you ask for?

As Valentine's day gets closer, I realized that the holiday isn't just for romantic relationships, but it's a day to celebrate each and every relation you cherished. You love someone and realize how lucky you are to have them in your life. Sending a card or preparing a gift for your loved-ones may take few days but it's a great way to brighten someone's day; and more importantly, it let them know that YOU CARE!!

Spending Valentine's Day at home?? Then cozy up with a bowl of popcorn, a romantic movie and some fragrance around. Although most people see Valentine's day with different aspects but it is a day to make the special lady/lad in your life feel all the more special.

Even if you are single and away from family/friends then you can spend Valentines day all by your self. Just go to the store and buy stuff for yourself, like chocolates, ice-cream, a good movie CD, some flowers and a there you have the perfect ambiance.

Valentine's Day: Origin & History

Saint Valentine's Day, commonly known as Valentine's Day is an annual holiday held on February 14 celebrating love and affection between intimate companions. It is traditionally a day on which lovers express their love for each other by presenting flowers, confectionery and greeting cards.

The story say that Saint Valentine served as a priest at the temple during the reign of Emperor Claudius. Claudius then had Valentine jailed for defying him. in 496 A.D. Pope Gelasius set aside February 14 to honor St. Valentine.

Gradually, Feb 14 become the date for exchanging love messages and St. Valentine become the Patron St. of Lovers. The date was marked by sending poems and gifts. There was often a social gathering for the celebrations.

The first modern valentines reportedly became popular from the early15th century.

By the 18th century, it became a common practice in England to exchange hand-made cards on Valentine's Day. People began to create valentine cards for their sweethearts by themselves out of lace or ribbons, and featuring cupids and hearts.

Since the 19th century, handwritten valentines have largely given way to mass-produced greeting cards.

In the United States, Miss Esther Howland is given credit for sending the first valentine cards.

In the 21st century, Valentine's Day has become one of the major holidays in the world, especially in the U.S.

Happy Sunday :)

I m at home; spending a leisure Sunday and I love it here... there is simply no way to express it. I am all, energized & electrified and lazy & light at the same time..

It seems like it was overnight the leaves went from green to brown... time is running too fast... The weather was unreasonably warm, through i expect few more days of Winters...

My Sunday rituals fulfill beautifully; coffee and photography.. more coffee and more photography...

What'z better than a lazy Sunday reading books in a cozy room with a gorgeous scanted candle... making it smell yummy...

I just love everything about the SUNDAYS...
